Stick To Just One Thing (Part 1)

Charles Haddon Spurgeon once said: “By perseverance the snail reached the ark”. Sticking to just one thing and achieving something significance in your life is the most essential elements of successful people. It’s one of the basic difference between a successful outcome and a fail outcome. The conventional definition of sticking to just one thing could simply means “Refusing to give up or let go”. In further explanation it could simply means persevering obstinately, firm or obstinate continuance in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition.

Winston Churchill said: “The nose of the bulldog is slanted backward so he can continue to breathe without letting go”.  Those who stick to just one thing start their success where most others quit. Don’t quit. Remember every expert was once a begininer. Apostle Paul said: “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witness, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us ran with perseverance the race marked out for us”.It’s not what you have that makes the difference, it is what you do with what you have that makes all the difference. Many people eagerly begin the good fight of faith but then, forget to add patience, persistence, perseverance and endurance to their enthusiasm.

Amen! Thank you for that encouraging message and spoke about the importance of how we should have perseverance, endurance, persistence, and patience in everything we do and focus on one thing. When we focus on one thing, we will become successful and if we focus on different things instead of one, we will have a failure outcome and lose sight of our purpose in life. This post is for those who struggle daily with their passions and do not know what they want. Well done! 🙂
